Taiwanese songbird A-Mei has added another listing to the bustling Taiwan's F&B industry once again. Her new luxurious club, A Light was officially launched on Wednesday night.
A-Mei was beaming when she arrived at the opening and even repeatedly congratulated everyone as she proceeded into the club.
Her bartender boyfriend, Sam, had arrived much earlier and was busy coordinating the logistics for the new venture.
The lovebirds were regarded as the "parents" to their newly-launched club, as they were very detailed about the club's décor and handled every matter personally right from the start.
While juggling her busy schedule, A-Mei even travelled to several countries to source for the most suitable decorations for the club.
A-Mei had reportedly invested TWD 15 mil (approximately S$630,000) in A Light, which is her third business venture after her coffee shop A8 Cafe and her other club A bar.
It is located in the prime district in Taiwan and had a range of exquisite wine collection worth more than TWD 20 mil (approximately S$840,000).
The club also has tight security and grants entry to members only. There is also a private area in the club designed especially for A-Mei's celebrity friends.
